My vehicle was channeled to one of Outsurance's service providers and was damaged due to incorrect charging of the battery! The fuel pump and distribution box were damaged as a result! Vehicle picked up from panel beaters on a Friday afternoon and broke down the same day!!! I've submitted the quite fir repairs, but have not had any feedback from the relevant department. What's even more distressing is that a non BMW approved supplier was utilized to repair a BMW. Totally unimpressed and must say I'm nit seeing the 'bending over backwards' to resolve my issue!!! I think this is completely unacceptable!!! The least that could be done is to provide feedback on the matter!
