Receiving no service at all

I've been trying to get a hold of ABSA Financial Services since 11:00. The first time I phoned I held the line for 15 mins when the line was cut off.
Second time I phoned I waited for 7 mins and the phone was answered by a lady that I could not hear her name properly, it sounded like Muriel. After explaining that I needed assistance she put the phone down on me.
Third time I'm trying and I've been holding for 10 mins now as I write this report.
I urgently require assistance and I seem not to be getting any at all.
