I called MiWay on 08.02.2013 just before 12pm to get a qoute on Motor Vehicle Warranty.
The lady I spoke to wanted all information which was irrelevant to my query. She kept me on the phone for 20 minutes & I had to interrupt her interrogation by telling her that all the questions was irrelevant to my query.
She just kept at it until I said that I just want the amount for the premuim of a motor warranty plan.
She put me through to her supervisor who just continued the interrogation. So, I explained to him as well that I needed the amount for the premuim. He explained that he needed to ask me these questions. I decided to indulge him, but after another 10 minutes, yet no response. When he came to the underwriting section, I stopped him since here I am being read the underwriting which almost concludes the contract, yet, I dont even know what the contract entails, what it covers, what the costs are & what I am covered for.
Guys, be careful, these people will get you into a situation without you even knowing about it.
Half an hour into the conversation, I still didnt get the qoute amount & stressfully & angrily had to conclude the conversation.
