Propmpt service takes 3weeks still no answe

I applied for a home loan via the sunnghill branch and was referred to a consultant Rhode Steinman i provided the documents on the 24th of Jan 2013, after i had made several internet call backs for someone to call me to no avail.

i have since been phoning every 2ndd day to check the progress and i keep on getting the same response "awaiting for bond statement "i have resent the bond statement and all these consultants Nathan Gumbi Andisile and today Bromm all confirmed that theyre re routing my application for assessment,

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ANSWER from this bank, the Rhode consultant doesnt answer emails smses or anything so it leaves you as a consumer stuck with no answer, so basically im phoning the call centre everyday
i am so annoyed really cos now they will be requesting new documentation while theyre the ones who are delaying the process, the call centre doesnt give their assessment depts numbers or let you speak to a supervisor, im still awaiting an an answer in 3 weeks there has been no communication from FNB whatso ever, so much for the fast service they promise
