Judgement put incorrectly on my name

Daly Credit Corporation are a bunch of scammers.
I have been paying them for a loan i had with Capitec Bank and in June they gave me a settlement figure which i paid and got a paid up letter as well as confirmation from Capitec that it has been paid.
From the first of October i see there is a judgement listed on my name for the same loan with no prior notification. I emailed Capitec and they advised it was not them and to check with Daly. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and called several times to date there is no response. This needs to be removed because it was paid and never went into an adverse to become a judgement.
