Nedbank Restricted all my Bank Accounts - without any permission to do so. This morning I wanted to make a payment, and guess what-from my Cheque accounts to my Savings accounts - ALL RESTRICTED!!!
Phone Customer Service-they told me that I use the old Internet Banking-and that I must Register to the New Internet Banking-after I did that-All my accounts show a ZERO Balance-so where did my Money go???? I can't even check statements or Transaction History. Internet Assist Department at Nedbank told me to Screenshot my Profiles of Both Old and New Internet Banking's, and Email it to them-so I did, but still no reply nor has my accounts been rectified. After being a customer for more than 15 Years with Nedbank.
