I believed in Nedbank Motto and thought they will make things happen for me but this has proved to be a nightmare for me
i applied for a personal overdraft on my cheque account which was approved on 30January and was advised that i will be called within two days to sign the contract after verification of my information
verification happened on 31 January and the Richard from branch called requesting for my Fnb bank Statement where part payment of my salary went to . i provided all the necessary information same day and i have been following up on this issue and they say we are just waiting for your contract, the next day i phoned was told we are waiting for the credit department to finish verification. this is proving to be a huge inconvenience to me as i had abandoned other options as i was told i have been approved whats just missing is the contract for me to sign. Today they told the people who did verification were told of a less amount than i earn, and i requested for the recording from my company to my surprise what is on my payslip is exactly what they were told
i need to have access to the funds ASAP would really appreciate if there is anyone who can resolve this
