Call centre No that doesnt exsist

I have been trying to get hold of One plan customer service since yesterday on 010 001 0141 and it says that the no doesnt exsist, I then sent an email from their home page and another email to someone in customer care have had no response. I have also sent a message as a new customer wanting more information and still no response. Is one plan still operational???
