Claim 90082406 weve been trying to get hold of Dineo regarding this claim excess due to us. The original corresponder of this claim is on leave and has rerouted all her queries and emails to Dineo. We've been contacting her left messages for her to call us back and nothing. This morning ref nr 20208702 we insisted that her supervisor contact us as well and the one bends more forwards instead as per add backwards to assist me. Maybe need training to bend backward for customers
