All you people are selling is service, so how can you offer such rubbish service? I took my phone into the HI store canal walk 3 weeks ago for repairs and still nothing has been done to repair or replace my phone. Now I'm sitting for 30mins on the phone trying to get through to you to try and speak to one of your agents. You people are ridiculous!!!
