My cousin has been with STD bank for more than a decade (currently a gold member soon to be platinum) and he as a great clean credit record. And when he decided in December that he want to purchase a house, i recommended STD bank because i was so sure you will give him a 100% bond given the history and the relationship. But to my surprise, std back refused him a 100% bond.
As a results he went to FNB and was guaranteed a 100% bond in no time. Gues what, he is in the process of switching to FNB.
You guys seriously need to work on keeping your loyal customers happy. Seriously.
