I phoned to cancel my insurance because I had a better offer from First for women. He went through the application with me again. He was patient and friendly and assured me that Miway can work out something better for me.
He worked out the first one and was still not happy, spoke to his Manager and came back with a much much better premium and excess rate.
He's got excellent customer service, he even phoned me back because I hang up as I was holding the line too long.
