Old Mutual
No Policy No Promised

Good day
I have taken out a policy with old mutual in Nov last year. I was promised that I would receive my policy number and agreement via post. My debit orders have went off each month without any fail but I still did not receive a policy no as yet. Could someone please contact me ASAP regarding this matter.
