Misleading service from Standard bank!!!

Had a payment lapse on my pers loan which I rectified 3 months ago- std bank said pers loan all in order now (26jan via consultant confirmation over phone), and had to send email to have status freeze on loan removed, which i did send from consultants desk. Then I was notified that another amount is outstanding (5900), which I then paid cash at teller yesterday. Now std bank said I have to wait another 3 months before revolving amount is avail. Thus I just lost R5900 which I dearly needed for other debits!!! I just want my 5900 returned
