Bad attitude

I made a claim on iWYZE insurance on December 22, and now its the 29th of January and still have no car. I call them they put the foun aside and chat, and the lady who suppose to help me is very rude. She once told me to take the matter to whoever, I can even tell lawyers she does not care, what kind of assistance is that? I paid lots of money so that I can be helped or be treated with respect bt what did I get nothing but bad service.
