Not of too a good start

Applied for an account couple of weeks back, was approved and with quit a high limit. I then went in to an Old Khaki store to collect and activate my account. Took my ID with, and all the other bells and whistles. This was done 2 days back. I requested the store that they decrease my limit as i don't want such high limit, and the call centre told me that i can do it in stores. It was brought under my attention that i can only do it after 48 hours after the account has been activated, and that i can call in. So i've waited, and today when i phoned to do the decrease they told me i can't do it over the phone. I need to send a fax to decrease the limit. I told the lady that since opening the account i had bad service and experience, and i didn't get any response. As if she just wanted to end the call. So what do i do now, close the account or decrease the limit. So far this is service!!!
