This is now my 5th complaint this month about the same issue and NO ONE has ever called back after the first call to resolve my problem.
Either no one at ABSA has a clue how to fix it or no one cares to resolve it. I am not going to re-write my issue either go and read the last 2 complaints or call me and i will explain to you.
