King Price seemed pretty good when we signed up with them and the reducing premiums each month sounded awesome. We had to claim for hail damage on our caravan. We called almost every day since 6th jan and they either said an assessor would check the damage or the phone call was cut off. Only after phoning them every single hour today was the problem resolved. Very very poor service. I'd rather use another insurance company because the stress is not worth it. Once again only after screaming and shouting does anybody do something to help. Why do we always have to get nasty?
