I was very impressed when I received a call about discussing my insurance premium from one of your budget consultants, I could not get his name, sounded like Ofiso (?) but he was so pleasant, even through he could not assist with regards to reducing my premium, he was very friendly and easy to speak to. I am with Auto General but yet I still found it a pleasant expereince. Well Done to the Budget Sales team for going the extra mile in a tough environment!
