Honestly this is the worst call center I have ever experienced they ask you 10 security questions but supply you other peoples policy details how is that security?
when you ask them can you track what has been happening over the last 2 days they say they cannot
please pull call at 12:38pm on the 8/01/2014 with Miswe in your very huge call center and you will see how long they put you on hold for as they run around looking for a manger :) can you not phone them?
