I went for blood tests on the 20th Feb 2013 and was informed by Lancet in Sept that this account had not been paid. On investigation I was told that the doctor who sent me for the tests was an OUT of NETWORK DOCTOR which is not the case. To cut a long story short after many phone calls & emails I have now been told that because CARE CROSS were their administrators at the time and are now there is nothing they can do. I have been put on ITC as a result of this, due to no fault of mine. I pay my subs every month and yet when there is a problem nobody will help you, they don't return your phone calls when you leave messages and when you do get through they always promise to phone back in an hour.
