UCOUNT AWARDS - ADD'S DON'T PRODUCE

I applied for a Credit Card in order to obtain UCount benefits as advertised. Card was approved after I asked if it includes UCount, tel. Consultant told me it will be activated in bank after receipt of my card. After receipt, the Consultant in the bank told me that they are off line, I should try on line by myself at a later stage. I tried to activate UCount the whole day long. At the end of the day, I called the help line and only to be told that BlueBean does not qualify for the UCount awards. I was furious. I cancelled everything immediately and refused to pay any costs. I re-applied for another card, apparently the type that does qualify, but received an SMS yesterday that my application was declined, with no reason. How on earth do they approve one for R18 000 and in the same month decline another???
