Today I have had the unfortunate opportunity of speaking to Yolande, a cr controller @Wesbank, who quoted 2day all the tyms that they have made calls & I said that all those tyms I said I was @ tym of my vehicle purchase that a gave a R60000, almost half the value of the car payment, wasn't offered the unemployed insurance & that I was unemployed until last month. For the 1st time 2day, I also found out It wudnt hav helped even if i took it, as I resigned. I hav mentioned I recently started wrkn & made a R5000 payment from my first real salary. After explaing & asking 2 make payment arrangement from last month, I was added with the sarcasm & arrogance in her laughter saying she is keep repeating herself & telling me the same thing ova & ova & ova, as if she was speaking to a child. Her tone was actually belittling. I then asked for her manager & she laughed & said wat did I think her manager cud do 4me that she can't. I have had bad experiences with most of First Rand group. Don't recommend anyone switch the banks to them anytime soon.
