Home renovations/ repairs delayed for my house

On 2013 November 2013 we experienced natural disaster from the kagiso area, the insurance was notified immediately about the damages that were incurred in the house from the hail. An accessor was assigned to to access the damages on the house and Mr. Rooi Rheeder was assigned to deal with the renovations. The renovations were partly done in December and was told that they will resume in January 2014 due to factories closing during December vacation. On January 2014 I had to phone Mr. Rheeder about the incomplete house repairs that was done. The roof, ceiling, wooden floor and built in cupboards needed to be replaced since they were damaged from the leaking roof. Rubble was left there in my premises and not removed which destroyed my garden and washing line to break and fall. on 2014-01-24 I phoned Rooi Rheeder to enquire about the work that needs to be done on my house, he was arrogant, rude, lack customer service and he went on and said to me must not intimidate him and I can go on and lay a complaint against him. When I explained to him that it's been too long that I haven't seen any improvements he was rude and rude arrogant. I request immediate intervention in this matter.
