I called earlier to change my physical address, the person who assisted me was Thabang who was very helpful and did everything to make sure that i get the assistance i needed. I appreciate such good customer service because many a times we, as client are made to feel like inconveniences by the very people who are employed to assist us.
Thabang even told me of a new product/feature where i can do some changes myself on the internet, to me it was evident that he likes his job and he's excited about the new products that his employer put in place to better the service they are rendering. He is an asset to his employer, i hope he's recognised.
