On the 19th October 2013 I was travelling on Eastbury Drive in Phoenix. There is a left turn going into Croftbury and a road turning out of Croftbury to join Eastbury Drive. As I was passing Croftbury a car suddenly drives straight out of Croftbury failing to stop at the yield and slams the side of my car. He's going so fast that he's unable to stop and goes across the on coming lane and hits into a concrete wall.
It is not for me to stop on Eastbury Drive and wait for cars to turn out of Croftbury, it is his responsibility to stop n proceed when the road is clear. There is no road signs on my lane indicating that I had to stop and wait for cars to turn out of Croftbury, its a straight road and cars wanting to join Eastbury must yeild and proceed when the road is clear which he failed to do. I have put in a third party claim with Mutual n federal his insurers. The market value on my car is r28 850 but they want to pay me only r6177 saying that I was negligent. I have been back n forth with them but they refuse to see reason n now say I must take the matter further. This is completly riduclous as mutual n federal is clearly pass the buck. I am shocked and disgusted by this company.
