I joined Outsurance last year February I was surprised by the high car insurance premium of which I tried negotiating for a no better deal, I joined anyway because I though they are reputable company who would decrease by premium for my loyalty, when I joined they promised be heaven and earth and one of their promises was that my monthly premium would decrease because of depreciation (wear and tear) till this day they have not called me to negotiate for a better deal, I have never claimed any damage since joining I am contemplating for switching. I pay a whipping R1351 a month for a polo Vivo
