I got into a car accident in May 2013 and the other party was at fault. I reported the incidence to Clientele legal within a week. To day it is the 23rd of January 2014 and I have still not received any legal services. I have been getting calls from different legal advisor each requiring the same documents, over three times now. The first advisor allocated was a lady around June 2013, then it was Wayne in September 2013 and most recently its Rulof. I have been paying my premiums since 2010 and have never claimed for any services. Their services are crab and they!!! I am still without my car as they have not represented me!!! I am very very angry and would not recommend them to anyone else!!
