I attempted to open an account for my daughter today. What a dissappointment. ABSA said that I had to wait a few minutes. After 10 minutes I asked what was happening. I was told the agent was waiting for her 9am appointment that had just arrived I asked for the branch manager who wasn't available. I spoke to the acting branch manager who informed me she would investigate. She never bothered to take my name or contact details. She didn't bother to find out then and there what was happening. I suppose its true my money is no good for ABSA
