My policy was for the amount of R565. a year later, for the same cover i have to pay now R1400!!! how do they get to that amount?? call centre cannot give me answers! my car has decreased in value but my payment goes up by almost 200%
i am not happy with this. i will cancel my policy with them and i will warn everybody about this. shame on you for how you handle your clients.
