Ref no 0549-1401-886377. My car broke down on a farm road in Muldersdrift. I phoned the M&F toll free call centre and a tow truck came to my rescue within the hour. During this time the call centre kept me up to date with the progress, who the service provider will be and his estimated time of arrival. I must have received 8 SMS and phone calls keeping me informed. This is the best service I have had from an insurance Company in a long time - Thank you very much. Unfortunately I do not remember the call centre operator's name. She was very friendly and professional. The tow truck driver, Sarel from Jidz Recoveries, was equally helpful and professional. Thanks to all!!
