Not phoning back and not replying to emails

I must say that I am very disappointed. You and I had a long chat per phone on 4 Jan and you promised me that you would phone me back before 11am. You did not. I then followed up followed up via email that same evening (included below) and no reply from you as yet i.e. 2 weeks later.

I even explained to you that I have been approached by Nedbank to move across to them and that I would like to compare apples with apples before making a call on moving or not.

You said you would call me back and you did not
