Pick 'n Pay
So I bought a packet of golden delicious apples from PnP. Upon returning home I found that there was not a single apple in the packet that wasn't covered in brown bruise marks. Immediately I got in my car and returned the apples. I was helped and received my money back but there was neither an apology from the lady that helped me, nor did she even ask me what was wrong with the apples. I found this quite shocking and would have liked to have received another packet of apples free of charge seeing as I actually did PnP a favour by informing them of the poor quality of the apples.
