On hold then cutoff when CC closed @5pm!!

Dear Wesbank

Perhaps you should ensure your contract centre queue isn't cut off when you have clients in the queue and 5pm hits ie call centre closing time.

I was waiting patiently but now I'm not impressed.

Please have an agent call me now to help with my query which relates to new business.
