I was faced with a rather awkward situation yesterday when one of Wesbank's agents came to my family home approached my father, asking for me. Can someone please explain to me what happened here, why is Wesbank about to repo a car that I am paying for? This morning I called the number 011 649 3370 and was looking for Andre who I was informed was in training. I spoke to Maria Stuurman and she informed that Andre had note on the system to send someone out on the 12th of August. If you take a moment and look at the account you will notice that there was an increase in my premium from the last payment. So did I run from you? NO! Did I hesitate to contact you NO! Did debt rescue not do their jobs NO! Please advise what you are looking for so that we can fix this. The vehicle in question has been paid for every month since registering with debt rescue. Just because I am in under debt rescue right now doesn't mean that it will be this way forever, it also doesn't mean that you have the right to treat me the way you are.
