Wanted to say thank you to Coleen and her team for sorting out my complaint. It was done in a very satisfactory manner, despite my phoning her and hounding her every day for the past two weeks. i really appreciate all the effort that she put into getting this sorted out. i am now one happy customer. once again, thank you.
