I lodged a complaint about poor service i received from employees of Old Mutual Finance and i have to say i received a quick response from Coleen and Dareen about my complaint. They both handled my complaint with care and respect and we quick to deal with my grievance. Thank you for the prompt manner you both dealt with my grievance.
