I called in to change my day time parking and knowing i now work closer to home which is total bliss... :-)
I spoke to Ntokozo and he was able to handle my request in a very professional way and asked if my premiun would drop a bit because of my travelling distance and less risk. He dropped it very little though. I also asked him to send me all the docs via email which he did, the following day he sent an email with my monthly premium which has dropped again and!!! i was ecstatic. It dropped the 2nd time without me even asking him. He is accurate and initiative, we need more of such people in this country. Keep up the good work.
