Policy nr: 806031514... Why on earth do you waste my money like that, all the airtime I waisted calling you SEVERAL TIMES and then you keep sending me threw to another line, and hours go by and then you give me a direct nr I can call that will help me in the legal department, then I call them and they do the same, let me hold for the next person and that person also let's me hold, after 7 people every time!!! I have sended you faxes and emails that you asked from me and gave me the right email address and fax nr over the phone, then I send them and call the nr you gave me to confirm if you have received it... then I do that and I have the proof that it was delivered and you still tell me you don't know where it is and still send me around in circles. I was in an accident on 21 november 2013. It is middle january 2014 and still nothing!!! Are you going to pay for all the 100ds of rand in airtime and the 100ds of rand for the emails and faxes??? Because of your unprofessional NO help attitudes! My nr 0722712881. My email... [Email Removed] If I lose this case. We will be holding you responsible
