Unauthorised debit orders

I have just noticed today that there has been debit orders going to Nudebt for some company called New Innovations for some school or something. My problem is that I haven't authorized any debit orders to that effect and don't have any contractual agreements with the said companies. I called both companies and none of them have my details but debit order goes through without my permission. I am disappointed at the service I am getting from a bank that I have been banking with for so many years.
