Extra bad service

I have an account with this bank but after what I experienced trying to help my dad stop a debit order that goes off without his knowledge, I have a good mind to close the account take my money and run for cover coz really the service and attitude is disgusting.
This debit of 99.99 goes off his account more than twice a month FNB told him over and over that they can not stop the debit order and that they don't know who is debiting, he went to the police to open a case and got told FNB is lying how can they not have details of the debiting company.
he told them to close the account and open a new account for him like some form of transferring his profile to a new account the refused.
he keeps stopping this debits but they still keep getting activated and FNB still claims they cant help him coz they are not the police.
I have never spend so much time at the bank like I did this past festive trying to help an old man in distress and kept being told we can not help and yet their slogan is how can we help you. wow! I used to value FNB but right now I am weary of their service and keep checking to see if my child's school fees is still in the account. I AM VERY SHOCKED AND AMAZED
