I while ago i made a request for some money to be paid out of my home loan. After numerous calls to the helpline with not much help, my last option was to ask for the manager. Without going into to much detail, Fabian went the extra mile to help me. I am ever grateful to him for his help. I only with the rest of the FNB staff were as committed to service as he is.
