PAY SERVICE FEES LOAN NEVER PAID OUT

I applied for a loan by Jacqie Harvey by loans on call. She told me the loan was approved I paid my R550 service fees untill this date I have not received any money into my account its over a month that I have waited so far. I battle to get hold of Jacqie she doesnt answer my smes my phone calls. She said it will not take longer then 3 days.. Still no answer on when my money will be paid into my account
