Card FNB ATM Bethal

On the 5 December 2012 while doing a transaction @ the ATM FNB Bethal Bank, an unknown man forced himself over my shoulder and got hold of my bank card and details.
With no security present i went inside and approach the first person at enquiries to assist me.
She cancelled my card but informs me that R5000 was already withdrawn via 3 different transactions.
She referred me to the SAPS to open a case. Constable TFT MAseko informed me that due to the fact that the camera's incorrect placement the culprit's face was not visible and that the case was closed.
On the 5Th January 2013 FNB Head Office Department phoned and informed me that FNB is not taking any responsibility for my loss.
FNB - ' How can we help you? '' It took you almost 2 months to NOT HELP me!!!
