Worst experience to date

My car broke down on 17 Dec 13. I called my insurance company (Regent) for assistance, and was told, "the people concerned can't help me coz it's a public holiday. I CALLED THEM to arrange another time. I got there (where the car broke down) at the agreed time, and waited for 45 minutes. Nobody came to tow the car, neither did I get an SMS saying something at the least.

On the 24th, I called back... same thing happened. Except this time I didn't waste my time going there coz I had the feeling things would happen like before. Saturday, they called me and we made arrangements for Sunday. Guess what, I didn't bother going there again, to prove a point... YOUR SERVICE . No SMS, no call of confirmation... NOTHING!!!

So, can someone please tell me WHAT THE I'M PAYING FOR??? On the 17th Jan my car will be there for a month. Is this a mickey mouse operation?
