I got a call to day at 2:23. When I picked the phone up she just asked where is so I said he is not here but I am his wife can I help and she said .. is he at work when will he be back so I told her I do not even know who you are, how do you think you are asking me private info... So after some conversation I told her I can help. What is the problem?? so she said NOT VERY NICELY it is about his account. So gave me this no. 0861 2222 72 and I told her but I have power of attourney on his accounts she can look on the system and see... so the rude b####t told me take te ref. nr. So I put the phone down!!! She did not even listen to me Who does asba think they are!!! treating us like!!! Grow up and teach the one on your phone some respect and they do need LOTS OF TRAINING... get your baboons of your customer service and off the phones!!!
