Incompetent and lack of delivery

On my internet profile I have 2 old accounts that Nedbank told me cant be removed i.e. investment and nedcredit accounts that I closed long back. I accidentally transferred R2000 into the Nedcredit account.
In order to reverse the transaction I have been sent to the national call centre, branch and finally MFC who promised to sort out issue in 10 days.
2 months later the amount is still in that account and they have the nerve to charge 50 rand "maintenance fee and statement fee on that account!!!
I am not sure how else to get that money transferred back to my current account and soooooo frustrated by being sent pillar to post.
