The turnaround time was super quick!
Not once did I leave an unanswered message. More than that, every query was researched BEFORE my call was returned, which meant that I did not have to explain myself over and over again.
In fact, Jacques even logged a query regarding the connection to the call centres, without my having to ask for it.
A small word of advice. As it is my first ever claim, I was not aware that there was a 'spending cap' for the replacement of the TV, nor did I know that I had to keep the TV in case it would by picked up by yourselves. Silly issues I know, but it might be worth mentioning it to novices in future.
