Incorrectly claiming that I'm ignoring their calls

I have been sending numerous emails to their customer service department asking them to call me so that I can make arrangements with an outstanding balance. I have received no call from them since the second or third week of December, only an automated email asking that I call their call centre. Problem with that is that their call centre is disgusting! Takes forever to eventually get through to someone!!! I urgently need someone to phone me so that I can make proper arrangements. They have been sending me text messages threatening legal action because according to Wonga, I am not making any attempts at contacting them. This is untrue!!! Please delegate my file to an actual person and not an automated voice and email! I last spoke to a Melissa in November and then another lady a week later claiming it's the first time Wonga has contacted me and there is no update from Melissa! Please urgently call me! You have my cell number. Thank you in advance.
