On the 17-Dec-13 I reported a claim for all my things and on that call Tumi asked if I could sent replacement qoute from my optrometist and on the18-Dec-13 I did. Later the same day | rang her work number from her signature email and was routed to another consaltant who read her comments and said she is still working on it. On the 19&20 no word from her and I rang her again and was routed to another consultant who read the same comments as the previous consultant did and NO one bother to ring me back.
21-Dec-13 I ring the same number and I'm told she is not at work and I am routed to Jeremiah who seem to have only STARTED actioning and Adding up all the amounts TODAY and I then say he will ring me as he needs to find quatation from the supplier YET Boitumelo should Have done this Days ago as she had everything, 20 minutes later Jeremiah rings back to tell me that payment can only be done in the next 5 working days, I then tell him that is unacceptable I did a to have a phone before I go Away, he then routes me to Liezel who repeats the same thing. Now I ask with tears in my eyes, how is it my problem that their own agent did not do her part. HELP, Need phone before I leave
